Our Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for products marked as "Fulfilled by hatrov," meaning you have 30 days from the date your order left the hatrov warehouse. For other products, we offer a 14-day refund policy, allowing you 14 days from the date your order left the hatrov warehouse.

❗ Important: Dissatisfaction due to personal preference or fit issues (for apparel with provided size charts) is not covered under our refund policy.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Start your return by filling out our Return Request Form. Approved requests will receive a prepaid return label.

Damages and Issues

Inspect items immediately upon delivery. Report defects/damages/errors within 48 hours.

📸 Evidence Required: Provide clear photos/videos of defects. We may approve refunds without return for verified cases.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom/personalized products
  • Personal care/beauty items
  • Hazardous materials

🚫 Final Sale: No refunds on sale items or gift cards.

EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period

EU customers may cancel orders within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused with original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed in 10 business days to your original payment method.

⏳ Processing Time: Banks may take 3-5 additional days to post the refund.
